A designer for thirty years, Damon believes the salon experience has to be about more than hair! It has to be about establishing a relationship of trust and connectivity that results in an extraordinary time that further results in the guest looking great and feeling great about their investment of money and time. Damon’s career has been based on starting with the basics and building on that solid foundation…assessing face shape, skin tone, as well as the needs of the guest. This will yield a better result when the time is taken to consult well. Damon’s experience and education are in the following areas: Redken Certified Colorist, Redken Design Certified, Balayage, American Wave Certification, Brazilian Blowouts, Extensions (tape-in & 1-tip applications), facial waxing, and men’s barbering. “Being authentic and honest are some of the best gifts you can give people. My love in educating guests about their hair, how to style, and the tools & products to use, round out a sold experience!”
Krista

Joining the team in 2001, Krista is our earliest graduate of the advanced training Associate Program. Krista has set herself apart with her precision, technical ability, and capacity for doing exceptionally beautiful hair, as well as providing a wonderful experience within the salon. She excels at both cutting and coloring. She loves what she does and it shows! Krista appreciates the creative aspect of being a hairstylist, and builds off the basis of doing things right. The details matter. Her strength in communication has assured her guests that she understands their goals, and also has a clear path on how to achieve those goals Krista is precision with a side-order of fun-loving sarcasm!

Sarah began her professional career in 2007! She remains as passionate about the hair industry today as when she first began! She places a high priority on staying fresh, knowledgeable, and inspired in the art of hair. She loves having a strong understanding of both the “how” and “why” of what she does. Sarah is a wealth of information regarding professional products including usage, results and benefits. She finds great joy in providing a quality experience, as well as creating exciting new styles and colors that her guests love. And, there is almost always laughter coming from her station, as Sarah is our “life of the party”!
